Residents of Dunsborough attended a Court of Appeal hearing on Monday November 5, as they protested against a Puma Energy petrol station.
Following a Supreme Court decision in May, local investors were allowed to develop the petrol and convenience store, adjacent to the towns main shopping centre.
Following the appeal, the Court maintained its decision.
