Sydney based Australian display accessories company, Hang and Display has been purchased by ISD Group. The takeover was finalised in September 2018 and changes under new management will take effect starting in 2019. ISD Group is a European market leader and pioneer in Signage, Decoration, Labelling, Merchandising, In Store Theatricals and custom solutions. Founded in 1967 in Paris, the company has operations, manufacturing, R&D and subsidiaries in France, Belgium, Spain, The Netherlands and now Australia but they have major customers all over Europe.
ISD have announced that they plan to improve the quality and range of products on offer in Australia by sharing knowledge, experience and expertise in these matters with Hang and Display. Some areas that ISD specialises in and hopes to introduce to Australia are automatic shelf systems such as pushers and rollers as well as digital label support and versatile labelling systems.
Hang and Display will continue to run their core business as usual but with this fresh injection of expertise and increased access to producs, we are sure to see a wider range of products and solutions on offer and will definitely see much more of them in the months to come.
