Cushman & Wakefield, on behalf of Ampol Australia, has launched a national sale campaign for a portfolio of 13 former service station sites across five states.
The Ampol Residual Land Portfolio, comprising properties in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia, is now open for Expressions of Interest. Sites can be acquired individually or as a complete portfolio.
“This offering represents a rare and exceptional opportunity to secure a portfolio of strategically located, high-exposure development sites,” according to Cushman & Wakefield.
Each site has undergone comprehensive remediation, including the removal of underground fuel infrastructure, and is considered development-ready. Zoning across the assets includes commercial, mixed-use, industrial and residential, offering a broad range of redevelopment options.
“The combination of planning flexibility, infrastructure-ready sites, and geographic diversity makes this portfolio uniquely suited to a wide range of buyer profiles — from national developers and institutional investors to regional specialists seeking high-quality assets with genuine value-add potential,” Cushman & Wakefield stated.
