Coca-Cola brings back ‘Share a Coke’ campaign in Australia

Coca-Cola has relaunched its popular ‘Share a Coke’ campaign in Australia, with personalised bottles and cans returning to store shelves from 21 April 2025.

Originally launched in Australia in 2011, the campaign replaces the traditional Coca-Cola logo with individual names and nicknames. The initiative was last seen locally in 2019 and 2020.

Kate Miller, Senior Marketing Director at Coca-Cola Australia, said they couldn’t be more excited about the Share a Coke campaign returning.

“The iconic campaign started right here in Australia 14 years ago, and in 2025 will appear in more than 120 countries around the world. Nothing beats the feeling of seeing your name, or your best mate’s name on a Coca-Cola can or bottle. Head in store today and Share a Coke with the people who matter most.”

This year’s campaign features almost 200 names and nicknames across Coca-Cola Classic, Diet Coke, and Coke Zero Sugar. Available names range from ‘Charlotte’ and ‘Thomas’ to group terms like ‘Squad’, ‘Fam’ and ‘Maaate’.

Coca-Cola will also launch personalisation pop-up stations at nearly 100 retail locations nationwide. These activations will allow shoppers to customise their own cans and bottles in-store.
