Kellanova Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) has announced the appointment of Michelle Leadbetter as Commercial Director for its Snacks division.
Leadbetter, who has over 20 years of experience in sales and category leadership within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, will lead Kellanova’s salty snack portfolio.
She joins from Sanofi Healthcare, where she led the Grocery and Convenience channel. Her career also includes leadership roles at the Real Pet Food Company, Galderma, and Mars Wrigley, where she managed key accounts such as Woolworths.
Anthony Holme, Managing Director of Kellanova ANZ, welcomed the appointment.
“Michelle is an all-rounder. Her strong commercial experience and passion for building strong teams will be an asset to our business. We are delighted to have such an experienced leader on board to lead our salty snacking portfolio.”
Leadbetter said she is eager to take on the new role.
“I am excited to be given the opportunity to lead Kellanova’s most iconic salty snack brands and work with the talented team in place to unlock continued growth in salty snacking in 2025 and beyond.”
