The Melbourne KitKat Chocolatory has launched a world-first collection of decadent and re-imagined festive flavours.
A press release stated that the collection will “feature a delicious new take on five festive favourites including Visions of Sugar Plums, a new twist on Christmas pudding, Ginger and Spice and All Things Nice, a gourmet ginger bread surprise, and walking through a Winter Wonderland, inspired by a rich black forest gateau.”
There are also two exclusive ‘black label’ flavours including Green Mango Pavlova and Candy Cane.
KitKat Chocolatory head chocolatier Connie Yuen said the pursuit for the new festive flavours started months ago with the team inspired to put an unexpected twist on traditional Christmas favourites – from candied orange peel and plump Australian raisins to caramelised hazelnuts.
“Our team is always experimenting with new flavour combinations and this year we’ve remixed tried and true flavours that remind us of the joy of Christmas, to deliver a truly delectable KitKat experience,” she said.
“We hope this collection will add a touch of sweet indulgence to festive celebrations – and by playing with sweet, savoury and spicy ingredients, there’s a new favourite waiting for everyone.”

Customers who visit the Melbourne Chocolatory also have the option to design their very own, handcrafted KitKat bar.
