Patties Food Group is conducting a national recall of its On the Menu Roast Chicken Roll 184g due to the presence of undeclared allergens.
Products with the batch code‘5030 P’have been identified as potentially containing peanuts and crustaceans, and consumers who have a peanut and/or crustacean allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed.
Patties said that on March 12, it became aware of a packing mistake on On The Menu’s Roast Chicken Roll and began urgently recalling the product.
“Consumer and food safety is our top priority, and we have been working with our stockists to remove affected products from shelves.
“Patties Food Group takes customer safety very seriously, and our quality standards are extremely high,” said a Patties spokesperson.
Customers who have purchased the product are advised to return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund, and any consumers who are concerned about their health should seek medical advice.
