Pure Dairy appoints two new General Managers

Pure Dairy has appointed Lee Shipley as General Manager of Wholesale/Retail Sales and Tim Bonaguro as General Manager of Corporate Sales.

The appointments come as the company prepares to open a new dairy manufacturing and processing facility in Dandenong South in 2025.

Shipley will oversee the Wholesale/Retail Sales division, focusing on national retailers, distributors, and independent operators. Bonaguro will lead Corporate Sales, managing partnerships with food manufacturers, quick-service restaurants, and corporate clients.

Adrian Josephson, Executive Chairman at Pure Dairy, said the new appointments align with the company’s growth strategy.

“Lee and Tim bring extensive industry knowledge, strategic insight, and a results-driven approach that align with Pure Dairy’s vision for growth. Their leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our retail and foodservice divisions, delivering innovative solutions, and expanding our reach in the market.”

The Dandenong South facility is expected to enhance Pure Dairy’s production and distribution capabilities. The company says the site will support product innovation and improve supply chain efficiency for foodservice, retail, and corporate clients.

“The Dandenong South facility represents a significant investment in the future of dairy manufacturing in Australia. It will allow us to service our customers more efficiently, develop new product lines, and scale up our operations to meet the evolving needs of our foodservice and retail partners,” Josephson said.

Pure Dairy was established in 2011 and operates across international commodity trading, foodservice, and retail. The company has four international offices and supplies products to markets in 72 countries.
