Red Rock Deli has partnered with celebrity chef Colin Fassnidge, drawing on his culinary creativity to inspire three restaurant quality flavours, as part of Red Rock Deli Chef Series range.
Fassnidge is famous for creating rich flavours and always pushing the boundaries, which makes this the perfect collaboration for Red Rock Deli.
It was in his very own kitchen that he created the three mouth-watering dishes – Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano – that have been turned into Red Rock Deli potato chips.
“As soon as the opportunity for this collaboration came about, I knew I could create something special. I mean, how many times do you get to say a dish that you created was turned into a potato chip flavour? I helped inspire three,” he said.
Fassnidge worked side-by-side with the Red Rock Deli team to bring to life three of his signature dishes into chips through the Red Rock Deli’s innovative iCrave Culinary Design Process, which sees culinary exploration, ideation and flavour mapping to ensure the most accurate and flavoursome taste experience is achieved.
Hind Simhairi, Senior Brand Manager, PepsiCo ANZ, said the collaboration with Fassnidge was a natural fit given his passion for creating beautiful food full of flavour.

The new Red Rock Deli Chef Series is available now nationwide with an RRP of $4.65.
