Vili’s Family Bakery has appointed Tom Sullivan as its new CEO, with Alison Milisits moving into the role of Managing Director.
Sullivan brings experience leading family-owned businesses, including QLM Group and Detmold Packaging, with a background in organisational transformation, strategy, and market expansion.
Founded in 1968 by the late Vili Milisits and his wife Rosemary, Vili’s has been led by Alison and the family since 2021. Alison will join the newly established Advisory Board alongside Rosemary while working closely with Sullivan to guide strategic growth.
Milisits said their family has always believed Vili’s is more than a bakery – it’s part of South Australia’s story.
“Tom’s appointment as CEO allows us to strengthen our foundation while embracing new opportunities for the future. His experience and leadership will take Vili’s to the next level while staying true to our values.”
Vili’s said it remains committed to producing high-quality pies, pastries, and cakes, supporting South Australian jobs, and showcasing the state’s food manufacturing excellence internationally.
