Reckitt Benckiser (RB) has made changes to its senior leadership team, announcing two new directors for the RB Hygiene arm of the business in Australia and New Zealand.
Jonathon Gale has been appointed RB Hygiene Australia Sales Director, replacing Oliver Tatlow, who after three years as Sales Director has assumed the role of RB Hygiene’s ANZ Regional Director.
Jennifer Warr has been appointed RB Hygiene ANZ HR Director replacing Natalie Saya, who after 10 years with RB, has assumed the role of RB Hygiene Global Talent Director.
Gale has been with RB for more than 19 years, starting in the Sydney office as a graduate and gaining experience working in four global RB offices, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States.
Most recently, he led the Grocery channel for RB Hygiene in the USA. In that role he was responsible for delivering sustainable category growth, developing the sales team’s capabilities, strengthening retailer partnerships, and delivering RB’s performance and growth targets.
Speaking on his new appointment, Gale said: “Over many years abroad, I have watched the Australian team consistently produce best in class category growth platforms combined with superior sales execution and strong retailer partnerships.

Taking on the role of HR Director, Warr brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Organisational Psychology to RB Hygiene, with strong credentials leading talent and change management strategies and implementing HR systems for Australian and global companies.
She said: “The team at RB Hygiene is incredibly intelligent and passionate about providing high-quality consumer hygiene products to our community, and I’m excited to commence in this role. The company has recently redefined its vision to deliver people and purpose-led performance and it’s wonderful to be joining the team at such a pivotal time in its transformation.”
