Nestle engages customers for new product launch

Nestle is calling on consumers to choose the next product from Allen’s Lollies.

Three Allen’s Mixed Packs have been shortlisted for a public vote to determine which lolly will launch its own individual pack. The chosen pack will then be sold exclusively at Woolworths supermarkets from late March. The Allen’s products in the running include Peaches & Cream, Racing Cars and Black Cats.

The competition follows the release of Allen’s Pineapple which move into its own bag last year. Nestlé’s GM of confectionery Martin Brown said the Allen’s team has had repeated requests since the launch of Allen’s Pineapple from lolly lovers for other lollies to go into individual packs.

“Australians constantly show us how passionate they are about Allen’s lollies and their feedback helps us create the lollies they love,” Brown said.

The online ‘Australia Decides’ vote is now available at www.nestlepromotions.com.au/ALLENS-go-solo-vote and will run until Friday, February 5.
