In celebration of International Women’s Day, 7-Eleven took to social media to share its bevy of “wonderful women we work with”.
On the companies, Australian Twitter, individual women including store managers, franchisees, multi-site manager as well as Hazel Simpson GM of Supply and Operations, were displayed across the Twitter account in a show of their talent and achievements.
Various women within 7-Eleven Australia were able to tell their story, about how they came to work within the company and share their achievements.
One particular profile was with Reasat Reza, franchisee of the Clarence St store in NSW that C&I profiled late in 2018.
As part of her profile, Ms Reza said she had no prior business experience before working with the company and over the years the role has helped her.
“Over the years the role has helped me to grow into a stronger, more confident and independent woman, because what I have learnt is, once you discover your capabilities, then you will realise that there are no limits to what you can achieve,” Ms Reza said.
