APCO retains top honours in Canstar Blue awards

APCO has retained the Canstar Award for Customer Satisfaction in 2024 for the second year running, beating 12 other brands in the category.

APCO was the only brand to receive the top marks of five-stars in Overall Satisfaction, as well as scoring five-stars in for appearance of petrol and/or service station, and variety of products available for sale.

Robert Anderson, Director of APCO Service Stations, said they are extremely pleased to be awarded Canstar Blue’s top-rated Service Stations for overall customer satisfaction, once again, second year running.

“This is not something we set out to do, but we’re incredibly pleased that our customer’s recognise APCO is offering a quality offer and service, which is the culmination of several years of commitment by many individuals, including our Support Office team, and our Retail Partners that deliver and execute amazing standards, the best in the industry seven-days per week.

“APCO’s key differentiator is the collaboration between Support Office and our Retail Partners working toward a common desire to be the best we can be. I can’t be prouder of the results and am in awe of what everyone has accomplished.”

Rounding out the top five best-rated petrol and service stations were Costco Wholesale, Coles Express, United, and Mobil.
