A bold approach to convenience stores has proven a hit for retailers Good 2 Go.
Business founders Mohamed Sayed, Nora Sayed and Mohamed Zreika had big plans to put their own spin on convenience stores when they launched Good 2 Go with its trademark bright yellow stores in 2017.
Initially starting off with two stores in the Sydney CBD (on Sussex and Elizabeth St), they have been quick to expand the business, recently adding a kiosk in the enviable location of George St, Chippendale – opposite Central Station.
And there’s plans to open additional stores near the Star Casino in Pyrmont and the Infinity Towers, Green Square.
The trio put their success down to a strong vision to offer a point of difference to the market.
“With a combined background in management, marketing and law, we are three entrepreneurs trying to make an impact for the better,” Mr Sayed said.
“Too many convenience stores look the same, sound the same and stock the same products. We’re here to shake things up!
“Our Good 2 Go branding guidelines are very bold and involve the use of vibrant and bright colours.”
The store also welcomes feedback from customers in the quest for further improvement.
And Mr Sayed believes plans to expand their existing range of niche products, cafe-style sandwiches, pies and coffee to also include pastries, baked goods and hot and cold beverages will drive even more success.
