Bowser Bean has opened a drive-through at its Kyneton site, enabling customers to grab its food and coffee offer quickly and easily.
In 2021, Bowser Bean Kyneton was fully renovated to take better advantage of significant foot traffic, particularly during before and after school times, with the plans for the drive-through already incorporated and only recently completed.
“The addition of the drive-through for Kyneton was a key opportunity for Bowser Bean to take advantage of the location, which had the space for a drive-through, allowing us to better serve the community when they are on the go,” said a Bowser Bean spokesperson.
A big hit at Bowser Bean Kyneton has been the Burger Wednesday offer, in which burgers are on offer for only $5, which resulted in a local high school student regularly featuring the deal on his TikTok.
“Bowser Bean Kyneton was a continual feature on TikTok throughout the year. A Year 12 student would share content each Wednesday as he and his friends would enjoy several $5 Burger Wednesday Burgers. This was some fun for the brand and a great point for exposure.”
Aside from its Wednesday Burger offer, Bowser Bean’s key point of difference is its offering and site fit-outs.
“Bowser Bean offers customers barista coffee made with Melbourne roasted beans, as well as a variety of food options, all made fresh on site daily. We have a range of burgers and hot food, as well as the healthier options of wraps, sandwiches, and salads. Not to mention the treats.
“Another key point of difference that sets Bowser Bean apart from competitors is the internal and external fit-outs of the sites. Bowser Bean is proud to create spaces that are clean and modern, with wooden embellishments and décor elevation. Customers can enjoy dining areas with free Wi-Fi and charge points. When customers enter a Bowser Bean site, it is clear that we are more than an average servo.”
Given the success of the Kyneton site, it’s no surprise that Bowser Bean is looking at adding another drive-through to the network.
“Bowser Bean is continually growing; each year brings on board more locations. The sky is the limit, and the future is bright. Expansion is on a case-by-case basis; the concept of additional drive-throughs is dependent on property size and functionality.
