Premium and ethically sourced chocolate brand, Hey Tiger, is returning to shelves this month through a new partnership with Soulfresh.
Born in 2017, Hey Tiger was founded with the ethos of creating a different kind of chocolate offering, with a single-minded mission to create a better chocolate experience for everyone.
Hey Tiger set out to bring change and to do-good by the cocoa industry, partnering with The Hunger Project to ensure the supply chain is fair and ethical, whilst supporting some of the world’s most vulnerable people. Hey Tiger believes in a fair chocolate industry and the brand works closely with suppliers to ensure there is no mistreatment of workers or forced labour.
Two per cent of each Hey Tiger block sold is given to The Hunger Project and will go towards ‘women’s empowerment’ and ‘entrepreneurship and social development.’ This means every block is helping to create a more equitable global landscape – bringing to life the brand’s do-good mission.
It took time for the do-good chocolate brand to find a home that was aligned to these intrinsic values, but the brand believes it has found that home in Soulfresh.

Original Hey Tiger founder, Cyan Ta’eed said the decision to rehome Hey Tiger with Soulfresh was an easy one given their commitment to what the brand stands for.

To celebrate the brand’s new home, a new flavour has been added to the delicious line up. Soul Tiger is a new release recipe and brings to life cocoa cookie crumb and orange dark milk chocolate.
It joins the traditional Hey Tiger range including Best Mates (caramelised popcorn and coconut milk chocolate), Game Changer (hazelnut butter dark chocolate), Summer in the City (peanut butter and pretzel milk chocolate), Glitter Kitten (birthday cake crumb with chocolate), and The Weekend (caramel and waffle crumb dark milk chocolate).
Hey Tiger is currently being rolled out across Australia, stockists include IGA, Ritchies IGA and independent grocers.
