Kez’s Kitchen’s new Free & Naked Raw Cookies will hit the health food aisles this month. A deliciously nice, but never naughty wholesome snack made from all natural ingredients including nuts, dates, cocoa, sunflower seeds and coconut oil.

Kez’s Kitchen’s Michael Carp said: “I am both dairy and gluten intolerant and was struck by the fact I couldn’t enjoy any of the snacks we were making.”

“I knew I wasn’t alone,” he said.

“Our full range including Baked, Free and Free & Naked offers something for everyone, so no one has to miss out on a delicious moment.”

Kez’s Free & Naked Raw Cookies are available in two varieties: Raw Choc Nut and Raw Peanut and are gluten-free, vegan and contain no refined sugars.

Kez’s Kitchen has a range of products perfect for on-the-go to suit a range of food intolerances and lifestyle choices.

Proudly Australian owned, Kez’s Kitchen was founded in 1991 by Mr Carp’s sister Kez in her kitchen at home. As word got around that Kez’s chocolate chip cookies were irresistible, Kez joined forces with her mother Helen to build something special. In 1994, Michael joined the business. He has continued to grow the company with the warmth and tenacity of their original vision.
