Leadership changes at PepsiCo ANZ

Kyle Faulconer, current CEO of PepsiCo ANZ, will be taking on a broader role to include responsibility for IndoChina Foods.

Faulconer joined PepsiCo ANZ from the US business in November 2021 and has since led the company on a path of accelerated growth. With his promotion, PepsiCo has also announced the appointment of two General Managers to support Faulconer.

Wern-Yuen Tan, Chief Commercial Officer and CEO APAC at PepsiCo, said that over the past two years, Faulconer has identified new growth platforms that have enabled portfolio and channel expansion, as well as stronger capabilities including marketing transformation and demand acceleration.

“With a people-first approach, Kyle has also personally invested a significant amount of time into talent development, empowering teams and facilitating growth opportunities.”

The two General Manager appointments are Alexia Horley, current Chief Commercial Officer, who will now be General Manager, AU Foods, and have end-to-end responsibility for the Australian foods business, and Stephan Anderson, current Chief Financial Officer, who will be given the additional title of General Manager, ANZ Beverages, and lead finance across ANZ Foods and Beverages and be responsible for the entire ANZ Beverage business.

Of the two GM appointments, Faulconer said they are both valuable members of the leadership team, and he is thrilled they are stepping into these new roles.

“I have no doubt they will be strong leaders for our food and beverage businesses, and I look forward to working with them to continue to successfully drive PepsiCo forward and set us up for future success.”
