Sandwich manufacturing company Lunchbox Solutions has undergone an extensive rebrand, changing its name to The Handmade Food Co.
First started in 2004 originally supplying local cafes The Handmade Food Co has grown to become one of the leaders in the national sandwich market, with its Everyday Café range of sandwiches, wraps, croissants, toasties and artisan breads available in petrol and convenience outlets nationwide.
“Having gained extensive knowledge through years of experience and with an ever increasing love of food, we felt the time was right to re-name ourselves as The Handmade Food Co, creating good honest food,” the company said.
The Handmade Food Co’s new products have been developed under the guidance of its head of development and innovation, Tom Allen. The Handmade Food Co says its new menu items are “inspired by world flavours and using only the best and freshest local ingredients”.
New additions to the Everyday Café range include Kansas City BBQ Pork Wrap, Portobello Mushroom and Swiss Cheese Panini, Mexican Three Bean Wrap and Maple Bacon and Swiss Cheese Croissant.
“The team at The Handmade Food Co have answered a call from retailers for more breakfast options in the Everyday Café range, new sandwich and wrap flavours that include both vegetarian and meat options as well as more premium options for the evolving P&C customer,” The Handmade Food Co said.
“The new additions, along with our existing range of classic flavours and old favourites will be on show and available for customers to try at The Handmade Food Co stand, T12.”
