Maxibon unveils its biggest innovation to date

Maxibon has announced the launch of an exciting innovation, the Maxibon Waffle On, which is available across Australia from 18 July.

In a first for the brand, Maxibon Waffle On will see the iconic biscuit end of the ice cream sandwich transformed into two big golden, mouth-watering, sugar-dusted waffles. The other end will feature caramel white chocolate packed with hazelnuts and cookie crumbs. Jammed in between is Maxibon’s signature sweet vanilla slab, full of caramelised sugar pieces.

Andrea Hamori, Head of Marketing, Peters Ice Cream, said the Maxibon Waffle On pushes the boundaries of the cult ice cream sandwich.

“We know how much Australians love Maxibon, it’s become a staple in so many Aussie freezers. Maxibon is all about being ‘born different’ and we know our consumers love different and love bold. So, we are extremely excited to be launching Maxibon Waffle On, our biggest innovation to date.

“Not only have we transformed the biscuit end for the first time ever, but we are pushing the breakfast boundaries giving our fans a Maxibon take on brekkie they can enjoy anytime, anywhere.”

Maxibon Waffle On is now available in all major supermarkets and convenience stores, RRP $4.50 as a single serve, RRP $9 as a multipack.
