Duncan Webster has been announced as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr Webster brings two decades of corporate finance and strategic planning experience to the role. Most recently, he had been based in Chicago at the company’s Global Chocolate Business Unit Finance Director and led the value creation plans for high-performing brands M&M’s, Snickers and Maltesers.
He has also previously been Chief Financial Officer for Mars Chocolate Australia. He will be based in Melbourne for the new role.
General Manager, Mars Wrigley Australia Andrew Leakey said Mr Webster has a passion for developing talent and in evolving the financial functions within the business.
“We’re excited to welcome Duncan back to Australia to harness his extensive knowledge of the Mars Wrigley business and experience working across our Mars segments around the world. Duncan’s appointment will bolster our Leadership Team and help drive strong performance and growth for our Australian business and brands.”
Mr Webster said he was looking forward to helping grow the company’s successes.

However, I am thrilled to return to Australia to lead the financial growth of our operations in which Mars has a long-standing legacy in the local community, alongside a dedicated group of Associates.”
