OTR has announced a new feature in its OTR App that allows customers to select and pay for their car wash without leaving their cars.
The new feature, called Scan.Wash.Go, is available at any of OTR’s 85 Happy Wash sites, with customers simply opening the app and scanning the QR code at the bay.
From there, they can select their preferred wash type and pay for it through the app. The payment process is quick and hassle-free, allowing customers to enjoy the convenience of not having to leave their cars during the process.
An OTR spokesperson said that OTR is all about making life easy for its customers and this new In App Happy Wash feature does just that.
“OTR is a leader in convenience innovation, and the new Happy Wash In App feature is a game changer, making life easy for OTR Customers looking to wash their car without having to go into the store.”
This new way to purchase a car wash, follows OTR’s established Scan.Pump.Save experience in which customers scan a QR code at the pump, then play a game, providing them with the opportunity to receive up to a full tank of petrol.
