Following hot on the heels of the release of new Red Rock Deli and Smith’s flavours, PepsiCo continues to provide plenty of innovation in the snacking arena.
PepsiCo brands Nobby’s Nuts, Twisties, Grainwaves and Red Rock Deli are all providing ‘new news’ for consumers with new novelty flavours.
Nobby’s Nuts is innovating with both flavour and pack changes to provide consumers with new ways to ‘Nibble Nobby’s Nuts’.
New flavours will be available in stores across the nation and include: Nobby’s Chilli & Lime Peanut & Cashew Nut Mix (200g); Nobby’s Smokey BBQ Peanut & Cashew Nut Mix (200g); Nobby’s Salt & Vinegar Peanuts (350g); and, Nobby’s Satay Peanuts (350g). In addition, Nobby’s Peanuts 500g pack will be upgraded to a 600g size.
PepsiCo ANZ marketing director, Jenni Dill, said: “Aussie’s have enjoyed nibbling on Nobby’s Nuts for over 50 years. Nobby’s range of flavoured nuts will give our consumers some tasty new ways to enjoy this iconic brand.”
The Sunbites Grain Waves range will see a new flavour – Cheddar – added to the range. Sunbites Grain Waves are made with wholegrains and seasoned with natural colours and flavours. Grain Waves are available nationally in major supermarkets, independent grocery outlets and selected retailers.
Red Rock Deli is also introducing two new Special Edition flavours – Red Rock Deli Roast Tomato, Basil & Bocconcini Potato Chips and Red Rock Deli Cheddar & Wholegrain Mustard Potato Chips.
These products are available nationally for a limited time in 165g and 90g pack sizes. Red Rock Deli Roast Tomato, Basil & Bocconcini Potato Chips will be available only in Woolworths stores.
Ms Dill said: “The Red Rock Deli brand was conceived, created and developed in Australia. We continue to lead and drive growth in the segment, regularly delivering innovative and indulgent flavours to delight consumers.”
Two new limited edition Twisties flavours – Twisties Cheeseburger and Twisties Cheesy Chilli – will also be available in 90g packs size exclusively at Coles and Coles Express stores.
Ms Dill said: “People are always on the lookout for new taste sensations. Twisties limited edition flavours help capture consumer excitement and interest in one of Australia’s snack food brand icons.”
