Sodexo earns top LGBTIQ+ inclusion achievement level

For the fourth year in a row, Sodexo has earned the Advocate designation in the 2023 Workplace Pride Global Benchmark.

Sodexo maintained its score of 91.9 per cent, reaching the top-level ranking in the benchmark, highlighting the company’s performance and commitment to high standards of LGBTIQ+ inclusion among globally renowned organisations.

Annick de Vanssay, Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Sodexo, said their team members expect to feel valued for their authentic selves.

The Workplace Pride Global Benchmark evaluates the LGBTIQ+ inclusion standards among organisations, with a detailed review and analysis of eight key items supporting LGBTIQ+ inclusion within the workplace: Policy and Communication, Employee Networks, Workplace Awareness, Support and Benefits, Inclusion and Engagement, Expertise and Monitoring, Business and Supplier Engagement, Impact on Society.

Patrick Sochnikoff, Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Sodexo, said this recognition shows, year after year, its increasing commitment to creating an inclusive workplace and supporting its LGBTIQ+ employees.
