The Arnott’s Group has opened applications for its 2022 Graduate Program following the success of its inaugural program last year.
The program gives recent graduates across Australia and New Zealand the opportunity to create their future with ownership over significant projects that will have a real and lasting impact on The Arnott’s Group.
As part of the program, The Arnott’s Group is looking for “trailblazers” with an “entrepreneurial spirit”. Last year it attracted more than 2,000 applicants from which 23 exceptional graduates were selected to participate.
The 23 chosen participants were given a front row seat during what is an exciting period of growth for The Arnott’s Group, and 40 per cent of those graduates have already been offered permanent roles within the business.
Between major acquisitions, the launch of a new business division, investments in local infrastructure and managing progress toward new sustainability commitments, there is plenty of opportunity for successful graduates to be involved in projects that will drive The Arnott’s Group to new heights.
With a focus on building tomorrow’s leaders, the business is aiming to attract even further interest in 2022 and offering graduate placements across a range of business functions including Supply Chain, Finance, Transformation, Sales, Marketing and People and Culture.
The 2022 program will consist of a single nine-month placement (distinct from the 2021 program which was two six-month rotations) to allow graduates enough time for in-depth leadership training and enough time in one business unit to make a tangible and lasting impact.
To ensure that graduates are best aligned to their allocation, The Arnott’s Group has implemented job analysis and success profiling, which will assess the graduate’s capability and place them in the most appropriate business function.
