Showbag favourite Bertie Beetle has found a new home in OTR’s South Australian stores.
The bags, featuring 24 of the beloved crunchy chocolates, are available in OTR stores across metropolitan Adelaide now and will be available in regional stores from Sunday.
The new addition follows a stellar effort from the Bedford Group, who packed an incredible 288,000 Bertie Beetles last week, ready for hungry shoppers. The bags continues OTR’s commitment to bring the showbags that would have featured at the Adelaide Show to their stores.
Since introducing showbags in July, OTR has brought the joy of Caramello Koalas, Warheads, Barbie Dreamtopia, Harry Potter, Paw Patrol and more to South Australians unable to attend the show, which was cancelled due to the pandemic.
OTR General Manager Operations Darryl Cotter said they were delighted to add the chocolate beetles to the range.
“OTR is appreciative of the dedicated team at Bedford who’ve been working hard to ensure these show favourites get onto shelves in time for Father’s Day,” Mr Cotter said.
