Bowser Bean and Vantage Fuels have been in partnership with the Make-A-Wish Foundation since 2011 – raising more than $700,000 over the course of that time.

What started as a head office fun run has evolved into a network-wide initiative with all stores participating in fundraising efforts, which recently included a ‘Bake-A-Wish’ campaign.

For two weeks in September, freshly baked Cinnamon Scrolls were turned blue, with Bowser Bean committing to donate $1 from the sale of every scroll to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

The Bake-A-Wish campaign raised $1,085, which will be donated to the Make-A-Wish Foundation so they can continue the great work they do with Australia’s critically ill children.

Managing Director, Haydn Tierney, said he is proud of the success of the Bake-A-Wish campaign and their ongoing partnership with Make-A-Wish.

“It has been heartening to see our teams get behind this promotion across our network; engaging with our customers to broaden the awareness of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and maximise our fundraising efforts throughout the promotional period, allowing us to continue our support.”
