As businesses who are now restricted to take-away only operations make the transition to online orders and digital promotion, for many already stressed operators, building an online presence is an added burden.
But Coca-Cola (CCA) freshly launched free online portal could be just the solution they need.
The beverage giant have designed a digital and social content portal for its customers, aimed at providing a one-stop shop for professional social and digital content to help them attract more business.
It allows customers to download free professional imagery and access tools aimed at optimising their online presence across social media, business websites and major food delivery platforms such as Uber Eats, Doordash and Deliveroo, to help them stand out from the now very crowded sites.
As CCA’s Perfect Store Manager Louise Thompson told C&I: “Presenting compelling and professional food and beverage combinations online, just like in real world situations, is a winning combination. In these challenging times Amatil’s portal is proving extremely popular for its easy-to-use tools that empower customers to get online fast, and maximise the value of every single order,” Ms Thompson said.
“Over the past week alone we’ve seen some strong results with a sushi bar reporting a $500 revenue increase over four nights after we helped them set-up on an aggregator, while our team has been busy training another 100+ customers around Australia on how to be successful online. All ways we’re proud to be servicing our customers today, and helping set them up for future success.”
CCA representatives will also be on hand to help those new to digital platforms make the most of the service, by offering advice via phone and email.
The company has said the portal is especially helpful for regional customers, who are often heavily reliant on social media to engage their customers and added many bakeries and pizza shops had already made use of the service.
