Four ‘N Twenty champions local AFL legends

Four ‘N Twenty is championing local legends of grassroots footy with its new weekly competition that will run throughout each round of the 2021 season.

The ‘Mark of the Week’ competition is a community initiative that is an extension of Four ‘N Twenty’s multi-year partnership with the AFL, as the official naming sponsor of AFLW and AFL Mark of the Year.

Spectators, players and clubs can share a photo or video of their team’s best spectacle on Instagram and tagging @Fourntwenty with the hashtag #FNTmarkoftheweek for their chance to win legendary status and a freezer full of pies.

Each week’s awarded Local Legend will have their image and name published in Sports Entertainment Network’s official Four ’N Twenty AFL Record the following week and win 250 original Four ’N Twenty pies to fill their club’s freezer.

“It’s not just the elite who can take awe-inspiring marks and we’re excited to celebrate the local legends reaching extraordinary heights all over Australia, each week,” said Anand Surujpal, Patties Foods Group General Manager of Marketing and Innovation.

“As the AFL’s Official Pie, we are honoured to be the brand champion of legendary AFL traditions and keep these rituals alive to give fans the experience they love.”

The competition will be open to every AFL club and league nationwide, across seniors, juniors, men’s and women’s competitions.

There are only 18 AFL clubs nationwide. Show some respect to the sport of Australian Rules Football.
