Freedom Foods has expanded its product range, adding a further two flavours to its Crafted Blends Clusters range: Berries & Toasted Coconut and Pear, Almond & Vanilla Bean (with nuts).
Unlike other Crafted Blends Clusters products, the new variants may contain milk, peanuts, sesame seeds and tree nuts.
Berries & Toasted Coconut and Pear, Almond & Vanilla Bean (with nuts) are both manufactured at the company’s new site in Victoria, following Freedom Foods’ strategic acquisition of oat bar, muesli and cluster cereals producer, Popina foods.
Existing nut free flavours in the Crafted Blends Clusters range are manufactured the Freedom Foods’ Leeton facility in NSW.
The NSW site does not use and tests for the presence of peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts and walnut. These differences are marked on the front of pack.
Freedom Foods plans to extend the Crafted Blends Clusters portfolio and says the range will always be gluten free, however, some new products will contain nuts and this difference will be clearly communicated to consumers.
“Our new site provides us with new product opportunities, and we plan on extending our Crafted Blends range with the launch of a delicious new Cluster range,” the company said.
