Frucor Suntory appoints new Chief People Officer for Oceania

Frucor Suntory, the market leader for energy drinks in Australia and New Zealand, has appointed Alicia Ryan-Davis as Chief People Officer to lead the People and Culture functions across Oceania.

Ryan-Davis joins from Coca-Cola Europacific Partners where she was the Regional Director People & Culture (Indonesia and PNG) looking after a workforce during a period of strategic transformation.

She brings with her more than 20 years of experience, and a proven track record of reshaping and building high-performance executive teams, People and Culture functions and company cultures during times of business transformation.

As Chief People Officer at Frucor Suntory Ryan-Davis will be responsible for ensuring that the business can continue to deliver on the employee experience and maintain a high level of engagement as demand for its diverse portfolio of leading brands like V Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee experience significant growth.

Darren Fullerton, CEO, Frucor Suntory – Oceania said the team was thrilled to announce Ryan-Davis’ appointment to the Executive Leadership Team.

In her new position, Ryan-Davis will support the Executive Leadership Team to drive the business growth agenda through delivering the strategic imperative required to create a high-performance culture through a broad range of leading people and culture initiatives.
