Lenard’s opens first-ever factory outlet

Lenard’s has opened its first ever factory outlet in Capalaba, Brisbane, offering discounted prices to consumers.

After nearly four decades of business, Len Poulter, Founder of Lenard’s, made the decision to open the outlet, which will offer discounted prices as well as exclusive products and deals not available elsewhere.

“We had to change. The way retail has changed so rapidly over the years necessitated a shift in our strategy.

“These sort of shops are built to provide value. We’re giving customers an opportunity to buy in bulk and take advantage of good pricing.”

The outlet will offer over 50 products at prices up to $10 cheaper than those found in supermarkets, from whole chickens to frozen ready-made meals.

“This outlet is designed for Mums and Dads, and anyone else, looking to save money.”

Kelly Beach, Marketing Manager at Lenard’s, said the company plans to open more factory outlets across Southeast Queensland and the rest of the country.

“We potentially could open outlets on the north side of Brisbane, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and all across Australia.”

The Capalaba outlet will be open Monday to Friday between 12:30 and 4:30 PM and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
