PepsiCo has been recognised as a Top Employer in Australia and New Zealand for the second year running.

Awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the company received the certification due to its dedication in creating meaningful opportunities for its associates to gain new skills, have an impact, and build successful careers in a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Anita Patrick, Senior HR Director PepsiCo ANZ, said they are proud to receive this prestigious recognition from the Top Employer Institute again.

Certifications are offered by the institute based on the results of organisation’s HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains, consisting of 20 topics including work environment, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, well-being, people strategy, learning, and more.
