X Convenience are opening a new store in Adelaide’s north.
The petrol and convenience store has been announced as the first commercial tenant for the new Springwood Village Centre, in Gawler East, where it will have 24/7 trading, serve barista made coffee and stock fresh food and groceries.
Construction on the store, which is being overseen by commercial developer Leyton Property, will begin next month and it’s anticipated to be open for trading by December.
The new Springwood development will have a mix of 2000 residential homes as well as commercial properties, including a supermarket, child care centre and cafes and X Convenience State Manager Rachel Stewart said it was a welcomed addition to the community.
“We have had a lot of support from our customers in the north and we wanted to provide competition in the greater Gawler area that it has not had in the past,” Ms Stewart said.
“We constantly have requests through our social media for an X Convenience in the area and we are pleased now to be able to bring our independent brand to Springwood.”
