Cadbury set to release a new Caramilk hybrid

If rumours of Cadbury’s latest flavour mash-up are true, the internet may be set for a meltdown.
The brand sent the internet into a spin in 2018 when it re-released the beloved Caramilk flavour, with many cult followers losing their collective cool over the news.
Cadbury has since released a hybrid in their Twirl Caramilk bar, but the latest mash-up looks like it could just top the original. Posts circulating around fan pages are tipping the chocolate brand will release a Caramilk Hokey Pokey bar, featuring honeycomb pieces swirled through Caramilk chocolate.
However, while some rumours have proved correct, such as the return of Cadbury Marble, it looks like Australian fans shouldn’t get too excited just yet. Marketing Manager for Cadbury Kate Watson has said while fans were right about the flavour, it will be a New Zealand only release.

“We’re excited to confirm that we are launching a limited edition Caramilk Hokey Pokey block in New Zealand this July!,” she told C&I.

“While Caramilk Hokey Pokey won’t be launching in Australia this year, we’d love to hear if it’s a flavour combo Aussie Caramilk fans would like to see us launch in future. In the meantime, we’ll have some good news to share with Cadbury Caramilk fans in Australia very soon. Watch this space!”

While there’s no official word on what that news could be, no doubt it will be another delicious addition to the Caramilk range.
